Biogreen Certified Organic Extra Virgin Golden Flax Seed Oil is first pressed at low temperature (less than 40°C) and unrefined. It retains most of the polyunsaturated fatty acids. It is the richest vegetarian source of essential fatty acids, omega-3. Omega-3 is the nutrient required by every cell in the body that must be obtained through diet.


Ingredient:
OCIA certified organic flax seed oil.


Suggested Serving:
2 teaspoons per time, twice a day. Add to salad, steamed vegetables, cereals, rice, soup, pasta, etc.


Please store at cool and dry place. Do not heat or use for frying. Store in freezer after opening. This will prolong shelf life up to 2 years.
