Fine Multi Grains 350g 五穀米


Good source of Calcium, Iron, Vitamins and Carotene!

Ingredients:
Brown Rice, Sorghum Rice, Buckwheat, Barley, Pearl Rice, Wheat, Oat(Cereals containing gluten), Job's Tear, Millet, Gordon Euryale Seeds, Black Glutinous Rice.

成份:
糙米,高粱米,蕎麥,大麥,珍珠米,小麥,燕麥(含有麩質穀類),薏仁,小米,芡實,黑米。


Directions:
1. Cooking Rice: You can prepare the food by putting 1 cup of Fine Multi Grains with 1.7 cups of water.
2. Cooking Porridge: Put 1 cup of Fine Multi Grains with 7 cups of water. You can add spareribs of chopped meats to stew salt porridge.(Or you also can add crystal sugar to stew sweet dessert, and enjoy the dessert after cooling.) The porridge is delicious rice tasty with the flavor of Fine Multi Grains spreading out.

調理方式:
1. 大同電鍋煮飯:内鍋放入1杯五穀米加1.8杯水炊煮。
2. 日式電子鍋煮飯:内鍋放入1杯五穀米加1.8杯水炊煮。
3. 煮粥:内鍋放入1杯五穀米加7杯水,可加小塊豚骨肉或碎肉煮成鹹粥。也可以加冰糖煮成甜五穀粥,冰涼食用,美味健康。
4. 請用清水沖洗,撥動穀粒即可,請勿搓揉洗米;喜愛更柔軟五穀飯者,可以浸泡1小時候再炊飯。
