Our flours are from AUSTRALIA, certified organic by BFA Grade AA.
The grains are grown in fertile, well balanced soils, free of artificial fertilizers and synthetic chemicals. ALL crops are chemical residue tested and FREE from genetic modification.


The milling processes are based on the use of traditional solid mill-stones and incorporate the best of modern technology. The mill-stones generate minimal heat causing less damage to grain enzymes. Unlike white flours, there is no bleaching, no further refinement and no additives.


  • Made from stone milled hard wheat with protein level above 13%. No bleaching, no refinement and no additives.
  • Highly nutritious with the bran, germ as well as the endosperm and high in gluten.
  • Has a medium brown color and gives a hearty flavor and texture to baked goods.
  • Ideal for bread making. Gives a strong elastic texture bread, good volume and well developed crust.

Baking Ingredients: Safe baking ingredients for your cakes and bread. Active yeast,dry and aluminium free baking powder are available.
